Welcome to VM Growth Studio LLC. By contracting, accessing, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This document establishes a legally binding agreement between the client and VM Growth Studio LLC.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By acquiring any of our services (strategy, LLC creation, community management, 1:1 mentoring, personal branding, marketing, and advertising), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
VM Growth Studio LLC offers strategic, creative, and educational services focused on the growth of businesses and personal brands. Results may vary depending on the commitment, execution, and context of each client. We do not guarantee specific results.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for:
– Providing truthful and complete information.
– Meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
– Implement the recommended strategies.

VM Growth Studio LLC is not responsible for results arising from incomplete information, lack of implementation, or decisions outside the scope of the service.

4. PAYMENTS AND NO REFUND POLICY
All payments are final and non-refundable, without exception. By making a payment, the client acknowledges that they are acquiring knowledge, strategy, and professional support.
Failure to make payments may result in immediate suspension of service.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared between the client and VM Growth Studio LLC will be treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose strategic, financial, or personal information without prior consent.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, strategies, documents, and methodologies provided are the exclusive property of VM Growth Studio LLC. Their reproduction, distribution, or commercialization is prohibited without written authorization.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VM Growth Studio LLC will not be liable for financial losses, consequential damages, or business or legal decisions made by the client as a result of using our services.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Individual sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, they will be considered completed.

9. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Abusive, offensive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. VM Growth Studio LLC reserves the right to terminate service without refund if this clause is violated.

10. EXCLUSIVE AND LEGAL USE
Our services are for the exclusive use of authorized clients. Assignment, resale, or misuse is prohibited. We have tracking and verification systems in place. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. MODIFICATIONS
VM Growth Studio LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated and will take effect immediately.

12. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where VM Growth Studio LLC is legally incorporated.

13. FINAL ACCEPTANCE
By engaging our services, you confirm that you voluntarily and knowingly accept these Terms and Conditions.
